ClassSwift Hub Sign in

Access all tools and resources by signing in to ClassSwift Hub with your account. Follow the steps below to get started.

Sign in to ClassSwift Hub

To sign in to ClassSwift Hub, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the ClassSwift Hub
    Open your web browser and navigate to the following URL: 
     ◦ https://classswift.viewsonic.io/

  2. Activate your account
    If you are a first-time user and your admin has added you to the ViewSonic portal, activate your account before signing in.
    1. Check your email for a message with the following details: 
      ◦ Sender: noreply@service.viewsonic.cloud 
      ◦ Subject: Manage Your Entity
    2. Follow the instructions to set / reset your password.
    3. Once your account is set up, use the same credentials to log in to any ViewSonic website.

  3. Sign In 
    Click Sign In on the login page.

    1. Enter your username and password. 

    2. Ensure the credentials are correct to avoid access issues.

  4. Select Your Organization 
    If associated with multiple organizations, select the appropriate organization after signing in.

  5. Start Using ClassSwift Hub 
    Access all features available to your role within ClassSwift Hub.


Troubleshooting login issues

If you experience login issues, try the following:

  • Check Your Credentials: Ensure your username and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Browser Issues: Clear your browser’s cache or try logging in from a different browser or device.
  • Firewall or Security Settings: Verify that your network’s security settings or firewall are not blocking access to ClassSwift Hub.
