Network Requirements

ClassSwift requires a minimum network speed of 100 Mbps to ensure optimal application performance. Speeds below this threshold may result in latency issues.

Troubleshoot Internet Issues

To address internet issues with ClassSwift, perform the following steps:

  1. Download the Internet Connection Test document and follow the guidelines provided. If any tests fail, proceed to step 2.
  2. Download the ClassSwift Network Whitepaper and follow the guidelines. 
    1. Share the whitepaper with your IT team for resolution. 
    2. Configure your network to include the AWS-specific IP ranges as outlined in the document.
