Quiz Collection

Quizzes created in Pre‑Class or sent during a lesson are stored in Quiz Collection. This feature allows you to preview, resend, and organize quizzes efficiently.

Managing Quizzes in Quiz Collection

To manage your quizzes, follow the steps below:

1. Open ClassSwift and navigate to Quiz Collection.
   Access this from the in-class toolbar or Pre-class mode.

2. Use Home to return to the main Quiz Collection page at any time.

3. Apply filters at the top of the page:
   All quizzes • All subjects • All quiz types • Anytime.

4. (Optional) Create folders for organization:
   a. Click + New Folder in the left sidebar.
   b. Name the folder and save it.

5. Click a quiz card to open its preview.

6. Review the quiz questions and format.

7. Click Start Quiz to send the quiz to the active class session.

8. Organize quizzes into folders:
   a. On the Quiz Collection home page, click Edit.
   b. Select one or more quiz cards.
   c. Click Move to folder.
   d. Choose a Location (folder) and click Move.

Tips for Organization

• Use folders to categorize quizzes by unit, grade, or term for better organization.
• Combine filters (e.g., Subject + Type) to quickly narrow down results.
