Text-to-speech in the Adorning Menu
Dictate written text through the text-to-speech 
feature in the Adorning Menu to read aloud the text. This feature functions much the same as text-to-speech within the Text Editor.
The primary difference is that there are no voice settings when using text-to-speech within the Adorning Menu.
